What will be asked to do ?

• You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be asked to their queries by phone and/or email.
• Identify customer needs.

Am I eligible ?

• Hold a European passport or identity card
• Native Romanian/C2 level (spoken and written)
• The training will be given in English; you must have a minimum B2 level in English.
• Have the ability to multi-task as you will be speaking to clients/prospects via phone and emails
