Interim IT Director - Global Leisure & Hospitality Brand

The Role:

Based in London, this interim position will report directly to the executive team and play a critical role in overseeing IT operations across a diverse international portfolio. You will lead the IT function across corporate headquarters and sites worldwide, with a focus on:

Driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering innovative technology solutions.Enhancing IT infrastructure, software systems, and cyber security frameworks.Aligning technology strategies with business goals to improve performance and user experience.Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing IT team.

Experience:

Proven experience as an IT Director or similar leadership role in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (ideally within hospitality or leisure sectors).Strong track record of delivering enterprise-wide IT and software transformation projects.Deep understanding of modern digital ecosystems, cloud technologies, and data strategy.Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Available to start at short notice and commit to a high-impact interim assignment.
