Apprentice Early Years Educator Level 3

Responsible for assisting with delivery of high-quality care and learning opportunities for children based on their needs and interests. Build effective relationships and fully engage with children, parents and colleagues. Provide an outstanding childcare experience in a happy setting where children can grow and thrive

Training:

CMN, Falmouth and in the workplace
Day release once a month, work based learning, working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard including any required Functional Skills.

Training Outcome:

Could lead to a career in childcare
