Cell (Team) Leader Apprentice

Manage and assist in the day to day running of the cell ensuring and maintaining the operational requirement in line with customer requirements and on time delivery schedule This will include tracking product/parts and instigating positive improvements Learn, understand, prioritise and distribute the Cells workload to ensure an efficient workflow, whilst monitoring and providing vital resources Maintain high level of visibility and daily communication with work colleagues. This will include understanding how to allocate operatives annual holidays Help and support employees to succeed through performance management, coaching, regular feedback and team development Responsible for controlling cell discipline by ensuring that functions are correctly administered and maintained in line with legislation and the company policies and procedures

Training:

Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

This is a work based programme which means that predominantly, your learning will take place on the site of your employment and within your contracted working hours We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you can attend in person at our designated location These workshops are carefully designed to support the learning required throughout the apprenticeship programme

Training Outcome:
Expected to become a qualified Cell Leader leading to full time employment
