Administration Apprentice
Providing office support including customer and employee support
Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
Keeping computer databases up to date
Interacting with clients and associates either on the phone, in person or via email
Answering phones and connecting calls to the correct consultant/department
Taking phone messages and passing them on
Collecting and inputting company data
Taking ownership of queries to resolution
Training:
The Apprenticeship will be delivered with a blend of onsite and online visits from their assessor every 4-6 weeks
Training Outcome:
On completion of a successful Apprenticeship, we would like our Apprentice to work towards being our next sales and delivery consultant

Monday- Friday
8.30am- 5.00pm
With 1 hour for lunch
