IT Technician Apprentice
Receiving and logging faults / Receiving and logging requests
Asset tagging and maintaining the Asset register
Basic Active Directory administration – Password resets, access requests
Building PCs and installing software ready for deployment
Update user devices
Involved in Projects outside of day to day running of the IT department
Staying up to date regarding the latest IT developments, including new operating systems and applications
Assisting with routine tasks, such as monitoring server security, software and anti-virus updates
Training Outcome:
90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
