Manufacturing Apprentice

Gaining skills in programming, setting and operating CNC machines Training in manual machine tool setting and operating Optimisation and problem solving techniques Understanding of engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT) Liaising with other areas of the business to understand their requirements Learn and understand about machining principles, materials science, and relevant industry standards

Training:

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected
to work towards the Machining Technician Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.

Training Outcome:

Full time position with the company.

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
