Junior Estate Agents Apprenticeship role at Cray & Norton Estate Agents

We’re looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual who is eager to build a career in Estate Agency. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, and a good understanding of the Croydon area would be a definite advantage.

The role will primarily involve matching clients with suitable properties, arranging and attending viewings. You’ll also support the team with some basic administrative tasks as needed.

A driving license and own car would be beneficial but not essential.

Specific vacancy requirements:

Computer Literate Driving License & Car preferred but not essential

Training:

The successful candidate will obtain a Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship standard qualification.

Training Outcome:

Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday 9am - 5pm, Tuesday 9am - 12:30pm, Wednesday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm
