Halstead Town Council has 11 employees, 2 of whom are groundsmen, 3 are officebased, 2 work in the carparks and 3 in caretaking, as well as a cleaner, It manages carparks, allotments, churchyards, planning, events

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 7.30 - 16.00, Friday 7.30 - 12.00.
