IT Apprentice

Customer Service – provide first level user support.  Provide excellent service levels through effective troubleshooting skills, problem ownership and consistent and dependable customer support.  Maintain close relationship with functional departments at the Sunrise facility Operating standards – Communication and Reporting, Service Level agreement management, compliance and enforcement of IT policies, processes and procedures Hardware / software upgrades and installation

Training:
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:

Further career in IT or another area within the business.
