Customer Support Administrator Apprentice (Assistive Solutions)

Handle phone and email inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Take payments and send secure payment links. Accurately log all customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues. Stay informed on our services and help improve customer experience. You’ll be working closely with people with disabilities, providing support that truly makes a difference in their day-to-day lives.

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm (37.5 hrs less the OTJ training).
