The successful candidate will support the wider team in dealing with customer queries, system maintenance and administration support
To provide support to the Customer Service Officer and Customer Services Team Leader to ensure productive and efficient administrative support to the wider Streetscene team
The post holder will provide a wide range of office-based services to support the Waste Management, Street Cleansing and Grounds Maintenance services
Communicate with members of the public, the call centre and internal and external agencies to ensure effective service delivery and to meet the customer promises and service standards of Streetscene
Training:
Business Administrator Level 3.

Employer Description:
Hull City Council’s Streetscene Team provide services and support for the department working with waste management, recycling officers, trade waste, highways, grounds maintenance to name a few.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, exact shifts to be confirmed
