Apprentice Warehouse Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, energetic and hard-working individual to join our growing team as an Apprentice Warehouse Assistant.

The role is based at our warehouse in Castle Donington, Derby. You’ll be joining a small team responsible for:

Picking technical production equipment for live events Using hand-held scanners and ensuring everything gets safely loaded onto vehicles to travel to and from the site Work in receiving/despatching of goods 

You will need to be physically fit, organised, have a great eye for detail, with a flexible approach to work and have a real passion for the industry.

This can be a fast-moving environment so you will need to be able to work to strict deadlines under pressure.

Training:
In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 2 Supply Chain qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures Our training is all completed remotely via Teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7 and will arrange weekly/fortnightly meetings with you You receive 20% off-the-job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours

Training Outcome:
Potential for full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship. Progression within in the company as we grow

Employer Description:
The supply and rental of lighting, staging/structures, sound and video equipment and engineers to the live events industry together with set building

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm with 30 minutes lunch break.
