Equine Groom Apprentice

The position will include:

General yard duties Mucking out Preparing hay nets Care of horses Grooming Tacking up Feeding Care of horses after exercise Dealing with show horses at events Attending events and competitions

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
Full-time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship

Employer Description:
Middlepart farm is a small family run yard with 4 horses at present with the possibility of project horses in the summer. The main focus being on eventing and show jumping.

Working Hours :
40 hours- You will be required to work early morning, late evenings and weekends on occasion. Exact working hours TBC
