Customer Service Apprentice

Provide professional and friendly communication via incoming and outgoing calls Offer Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to applicants, learners, and employers Liaise with employers to support onboarding and ensure compliance requirements are met Attend and support career fairs, open days, and recruitment events as required
Administrative support Operate key systems and software relevant to commercial and learner services (e.g., CRM, booking tools) Update internal systems with candidate and learner information in a timely manner Work collaboratively with colleagues to support commercial recruitment goals Support with the development and promotion of new recruitment strategies and engagement materials To work at all times in accordance with the GDPR Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018  To undertake Continuous Professional Development as directed by your Line Manager  To undertake such other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job Be safety-conscious and report any safety hazards to the HSE representative

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required, with occasional Saturdays for open-day events.
