Metal Fabricator Apprentice

Assist in the fabrication including marking out of vessels Mark out and cut metal Learn to read and understand engineering drawings Weld pipework and sheet metal with a view to take weld coding’s Safe Working Practices and Procedures Participate in training sessions to understand the principles of multiple discipline metal fabrication Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organised work environment Communicate effectively with team members and clients Work pro-actively as part of a team

Training Outcome:

Following this there will also be the opportunity to progress into a leadership/technical role as many of our previous apprentices have done.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Friday, 7:00am to 2:30pm.
