Apprentice Electrical Engineer

Ensure timely attendance to courses as agreed with management. Ensure that any work is completed to a satisfactory standard and handed in on time. Use Microsoft Desktop applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Production of Electrical Schematic Drawings. Selection of Electrical Components. Assist in co-ordinating the life-cycle of a project with the production team. Work proactively as part of a team.

Training Outcome:

A successful apprentice will progress further onto higher education, with the potential to gain a BEng Tech (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

In addition to formal qualifications, the apprentice will develop skills to allow them to progress from apprentice to junior engineer and then onwards to become an Electrical Engineer with a broad range of skills.
