Property Maintenance Operative apprentice

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Water Treatment assets around site. Have the ability to carry out general day to day property repairs such as carpentry, roof repairs, plastering and tiling. Carry out efficient building repairs to both unoccupied and occupied properties to a high standard. Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to resolve complex issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Provide support to other team members. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure the safe, effective use of tools and plant ensuring they are regularly maintained and serviced, and supervisor is notified of any loss or damage.

Following this there will also be the opportunity to progress into a leadership/technical role as many of our previous apprentices have done.
