Commercial Operations Engineer Apprentice (Level 4 Electrical Power Networks Engineer)

Ensure both the technical and commercial requirements are accurately captured and translated Reviewing the tender opportunities, compiling tender responses, cost roll-ups, and supporting the opportunity pricing Commercial administrative support, and preparation of terms & conditions (including negotiations) in compliance with external and internal tendering requirements Undergo general training in other related departments both in the office and on the shop floor Assist the other Commercial Operations Engineers with their daily activities Log enquiries, identifying the scope of work and liaising with sales to assess the opportunity Liaise with other departments to ensure compliance with the enquiry specification

Training:
Primarily based in the workplace Apprentices attend Loughborough College on block release to study Level 4 Higher National Certificate/Higher Technical Qualification in Engineering Trainer / Assessor to visit in the workplace

Training Outcome:

After completion of training period, progression to permanent role and further scope to promote to a Commercial Operations Engineer/Production, depending upon experience and skills.

Working Hours :
Monday – Thursday – 8:30am – 5pm and Friday – 8:30am - 1:30pm.
