Early Years Level 3 Apprenticeship - Circle of Friends

As a level 3 apprentice you will be a key member of the nursery team, your daily activities may include:

Planning and implementing fun and educational activities with the children  Play alongside and with children to support their play Supporting children’s creative and imaginative experiences  Maintaining development records on key children  Supervising children at rest times and at mealtimes  Contributing to and promoting health and safety  Ensuring the play area is clean and tidy at all times  Working closely with parents and providing feedback on their child

This position would suit a candidate with a bubbly, outgoing personality who is able to work on their own initiative and is prepared to commit to the work required for an apprenticeship.



Training:
Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes: Level 3 Early Years Educator Diploma End-Point Assessment (EPA) On the job training

Training Outcome:

Progression to a higher level qualification or full time employment may be available after completion of the apprenticeship.



Employer Description:
Circle of Friends Nursery is located in the Longford Area, in a refurbished two storey old school house. They have a very large and secure outdoor play area, with sun protection sails,a vegetable plot, sand and mud pit, pet corner with chickens and  mini forest, play house and an extensive outdoor curriculum. The setting have a well established team of staff who are experienced and highly qualified as nursery nurses.  They have an in house chef to prepare the children's food and provide a varied healthy diet. The lunch menu will change daily and will run for a month, early years children will be encouraged to choose their fruit snack at break times. The nursery have the CHEYSA - Coventry Healthy Early Years Setting Award.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, hours to be determined.
