Legal Administration Assistant Apprentice
We are currently seeking an Apprentice Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a career in the legal sector. While working towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, you will gain hands-on experience by assisting with answering phone calls, communicating with clients, and performing a range of administrative tasks as detailed below:
Deal with all inbound calls from clients Setting up client files on case management system Updating and maintenance of excel spreadsheets Fulfilling administrative roles (Dealing with post and scanning) Carrying out Anti Money Laundering checksThe ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person. They should be highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. We are looking to employ an Apprentice who demonstrates commitment, dedication, and consistency in all assigned duties. Reliability in terms of punctuality and attendance is essential, as the role requires a constant physical presence in the office due to the responsibilities involved.
Training:
BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, QCF. Functional Skills Level 2 maths and English can be obtained on the course if you dont already hold these qualifications
