Housing Apprentice
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, mail and electronically
Progress cases, from application to final outcomes, alongside the collection of any additional required information from a range of sources
Keep excellent records of customer contacts and outcomes while ensuring that information is recorded and shared within GDPR rules
Support colleagues in the housing team with administrative work, updating case notes and creating case files for Officers.
Help with the production of information available to the public, such as leaflets, website information and social media posts.
As you move through your training qualification, you will be able to progress risk assessments, undertake investigations, write reports and undertake enforcement action.
You will be required to undertake site visits, so flexibility, a full driving licence and use of a car is essential. You will also need to be able to travel throughout the Wychavon and Malvern Hills districts.

To be discussed towards the end of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.
