Apprentice Recruitment Administrator

Be a positive ambassador for Clayton Legal, living our C.A.R.E. values (Commitment, Accountability, Relationships, Ethics) in everything you do Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish Represent and promote the Clayton brand at every opportunity, in person, online, and through your work Actively help develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and targeted outreach Attend client meetings (targets agreed with your manager) and networking events, conferences, and seminars as required Support the wider team in hitting shared targets and celebrating collective success Support with the recruitment cycle: candidate attraction, qualification, interviewing, advert posting, and aftercare Ensure full compliance with employment legislation, recruitment best practice, and sector-specific regulations Dealing with bespoke software, business platforms and use of email. Accurate data entry and data cleansing Project management Carry out any additional administration tasks as directed to support the success of the business

Training Outcome:

Following the completion of this apprenticeship, there is the opportunity to progress with further development such as a Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship or more specialist training.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm.
