Business Administration Apprentice
Process supplier invoices from receipt through to payment.
Process petty cash claims, ensuring validity and accuracy.
Facilitate supplier orders for the company as required.
Collation of weekly payroll data for temporary workers, assist
others as necessary to ensure all workers paid on time each week.
Dealing with pay queries, liaising with workers and branch staff
as necessary through to resolution.
Process HMRC/Attachment of Earnings requests in a timely
manner.
Assist processing and collating data for weekly and monthly
management reports.
Process staff holiday requests as necessary.
Assist with the review of compliance documentation as required.
Any ad hoc duties as may be necessary from time to time within
the department.
Training:
Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be
planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet
the individual needs of the apprentice.
The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job
activities and training.
On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the
workplace.
Training Outcome:
There is an opportunity to continue working within the team upon
completion of the apprenticeship and progress at Frontline
