Highways Operative Apprentice
To assist with highways maintenance and construction work, including assistance with laying kerbs and flagstones, paving, tarmacadam patching, concreting and drainage
To ensure that all works are carried out with a focus on performance, safety and quality
This role involves a large proportion of time performing manual labour duties with elements of driving between work locations
Training:
Upon completion of the apprenticeship the successful candidate will achieve a Level 2 Groundworker qualification
Training Outcome:
The successful candidate on completion of their apprenticeship will have the opportunity to apply for any related vacancies as and when they arise
