Customer Care Apprentice
Assisting with admin tasks and data entry utilising Microsoft Office and other programmes
Answering overflow calls during busy periods, answering emails to help our awesome dealers with any queries they have
Creating cases on our in house CRM to make sure our dealers are kept up to date with any ongoing queries
You will be pro active in offering guidance and best practice ideas when speaking to our dealer, always being friendly, helpful and living our Click Dealer values
