Desired Skills & Personal Qualities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Good numeracy and literacy (ideally GCSE English and Maths or equivalent) Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional manner Experience in customer service or administration (desirable) Knowledge of school systems and safeguarding practices (beneficial but not essential)Training:
The successful candidate will obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard qualification. This will include any necessary Functional Skills training that may be required.
Training Outcome:
Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Monday to Friday 9 am till 3:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break
