Business Admin Apprentice

Your main roles and responsibilities will include:

Answering and redirecting telephone calls to the office and site based staff Meet and greet visitors General typing (letters, quotations, invoices etc…), photocopying, scanning and filing Setting up enquiries and downloading documentation onto our computer system Post – incoming and outgoing Placing orders with suppliers and checking order confirmations Maintaining Excel records with all prices Chasing deliveries as required Liaising with staff to arrange material deliveries Managing the equipment hire list Ordering and maintaining adequate levels of stationery and PPE

Training:

Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard.

Training will take place on-site at the employer with a Tutor from Rochdale Training.



Training Outcome:

Progression on offer for candidates, multiple senior members of staff started off at the company as an Apprentice.

We specialise in Dry-Lining, Suspended Ceilings, MF Ceilings, Metal Ceilings, Steel Framing Systems (SFS), Plastering and associated Joinery in the interiors market, covering the commercial, retail, leisure, education, healthcare and industrial sectors.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday – 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (with 1 hour for lunch daily).
