Level 3 Apprentice

As a Nursery Educator, you will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality early years education, ensuring that every child’s individual needs are met. You will demonstrate a positive approach to learning and gaining new skills through teamwork and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the room’s daily operations run smoothly and in accordance with nursery policies Monitor children’s progress and plan activities to support their developmental milestones Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both children and staff

Training:

Training will take place one day a week at college.

Training Outcome:

Progression into fulltime employment.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:30am to 6:30pm.
