Administration Assistant Apprentice

Oversee reception and visitor enquiries Support the arrangements for school trips and events etc. Follow the school, procedures and policies at all times Undertake typing and word-processing and IT-based tasks, including operation of relevant equipment and ICT packages Provide administrative and organisational support to the school and staff Undertake procedures including processing of forms, returns Administration support with finance, payroll and personnel matters Complete paperwork in relation to the orders, petty cash returns Monitor and manage stock within an agreed budget, assist with procurement, catalogue resources and undertake audits as required Provide advice and guidance to staff, pupils and others Organisational Skills – Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and manage deadlines efficiently Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication for liaising with staff, parents, suppliers, and stakeholders Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in data entry, document processing, and financial records Interpersonal Skills – Ability to work as part of a team and interact professionally with colleagues and external contacts

Training Outcome:

A permanent position may be considered post apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
35 hours per week between the hours of (7:30am to 4:30pm).
