Early Years Apprentice
Bentley Manor Childcare Centre are looking for a Nursery Apprentice who have a passion to work with children and would like to undertake a level 3 qualification.
As an Apprentice Nursery Educator your role will include;
Being part of a friendly team Having a group of key children, responsible for planning and completing observations Ensuring that the safeguarding and welfare of the children is paramount in the room at all times Being aware of and complying with the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework Making sure the children have a safe, fun, and great learning environment Building positive relationships by engaging and interacting with the children, staff, and familiesBentley Manor promotes a good learning environment that helps nurture and foster independence for a happy, healthy and secure child. Whatever the weather, children are able to enjoy a range of stimulating activities outdoors in our extensive and secure gardens. Carefully crafted to reflect the seven areas of learning and development from the Early Years Foundation Stage, we value our garden as an extended classroom. Every day is an adventure at Bentley Manor where children are free to learn in a safe, happy and fun environment.

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Bright Stars will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)This will be delivered through Bright Stars' dedicated training provider, Realise.
Training Outcome:
Opportunity for further training - L4 and up, Room Supervisor opportunities.

Located in rural Dorridge, just a short drive away from Solihull, our award-winning, Bentley Manor Nursery is situated on an impressive 13 acres of land. Previously a countryside Victorian villa, our premises has been cleverly converted to ensure that there is ample space for children up to 5 to learn, and thrive whilst in our care.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Shifts to be confirmed.
