Admin Apprentice
Follow company process in the use of company systems so that information is logged correctly for recall and reporting purposes.
Upload documents to company CRM and resource software for compliance purposes
Database records maintenance
Setting up Technicians on Expenses system
Role specific tasks: Compliance management for assigned project technicians, training booking/planning, PPE/workwear/IT Equipment provision, Travel booking and other relevant
general administration tasks.
Verification of certificates
Process technician expenses
Answering door/taking in deliverie
Switchboard (phone answering) including triage concerns/complaints/escalations & signpost internal and external
staff towards the correct business contact
Welcoming visitor
Keeping work area(s) organised and tid
General duties e.g. dealing with post, ordering office supplies, monitoring kitchen stock and other ad hoc dutie
Any other tasks as required relevant to the role
Training:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
Training Outcome:
After the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
