Business Administrator Apprenticeship
Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Managing emails, phone calls, and meeting schedules.
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Assisting with data entry, records management, and filing systems.
Helping to organise meetings, take minutes, and support internal teams.
Learning business processes and contributing to efficiency improvements.
Training:
The apprenticeship is work based alongside 6 taught sessions at Solihull College. These will happen approximately every 2 months. The successful candidate will be allocated a work-based assessor/Coach who will conduct regular reviews and support the learners' progress.
Training Outcome:
Once qualified and the apprenticeship is completed, a full-time position at Heller Machine Tools may be offered to the successful candidate.

Heller Machine Tools Limited is one of the UK’s largest horizontal CNC machining centre manufacturer and is a dynamic, modern Company situated in an easily accessible area on the outskirts of Redditch town centre.
Working Hours :
The successful candidate will be working 07.00am until 15:30, with a 20 minute paid break and a 30 minute unpaid break at 12:30.
