We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. As a Customer Services Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our office runs efficiently while delivering top-tier service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently. Processing insurance policy changes with a proactive, solution-driven approach. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Supporting the team in achieving business objectives. Ensuring a seamless customer experience with a high level of attention to detail.Training:
You will work towards your:
Insurance Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) (if applicable)
Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required).
Training will be via Davies, virtually. 6 hours per week off the job training.
