Commercial Administrator Apprentice
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to develop their knowledge of commercial contracts and agreements and the opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career into procurement, leading to a recognised qualification.
Duties will include:
Assisting in supply chain and contractor management Supporting members of the team in the day-to-day management of subcontractors Ensure deadlines are actively managed and progress is reported as required Order processing Organising and monitoring of stat compliance for office works & repairs Monitor and update Company policies and procedures as required Provide general administrative duties as required Liaise with the Finance department regarding supplier payments and queries Assisting sites with supplier queries and orders Be active in tendering processes and formulating documentation Provide support and data for reports General Office duties as requiredTraining:
Formal training is delivered at HWGTA, located in Worcester (WR4 9GN) You will receive a training plan that is specific to your qualification, with sessions that are delivered through a combination of face-to-face and remote training Additional training for functional skills in English and maths will be undertaken if needed You will receive monthly visits from your assigned Learning and Development Specialist, who will set you work, monitor your development and wellbeing, and discuss training sessions They will also prepare you for your End Point Assessment to gain your business administration advanced apprenticeship
Training Outcome:
Opportunity to explore business admin to level 4 or option to go along the procurement route and gain a qualification in CIPS

Working Hours :
We offer some Flexibility on working hours, i.e. 7.30am - 4.00pm, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Days to be confirmed. 1/2 hour lunch. Hybrid working may be considered after the training period.
