Early Years Practitioner Apprentice
Liase with parents/carers in a sympathetic and understanding manner, creating a good partnership
Undertake the above duties ensuring the confidentiality of staff, carers and the children in the Nursery
Promote equal opportunities and non-discriminatory practice within the Nursery
Comply with all health and safety policies and legislation in the performance of their duties and responsibilities
Training:
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected
to work towards the Early Years Practitoner Level 2, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
Training Outcome:
Potential for a permanent role.
Employer Description:
The business is a privately owned Nursery, we cater for children 0-5 years, the owners are often in the Nursery and have owned it for 30 years. They look after the Nursery, its staff and children.
Working Hours :
Shifts are set and don’t very often change, the hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm or 8.00am to 5.00pm.
