Business Administration Apprentice
Answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner and directing them to the appropriate member of staff Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and supported Opening, categorising, distributing, and saving incoming post and correspondence Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members Assisting with the administration of onboarding new clients, including preparing documentation and collecting required information Supporting company secretarial compliance work for limited companies, including the preparation and filing of Confirmation Statements Liaising with clients to chase outstanding information or documentation as required Maintaining accurate and well-organised filing systems (digital and physical) Providing general administrative support to the team as required
As you progress in your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and training in:
