Customer Service Apprentice
Processing basic to highly complex prescription orders
Develop a good working relationship with internal customers to ensure effective external customer service
Resolving queries with orders timely and efficient manner
Working with a team of associates to ensure department metrics are adhered to
General administration
Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Training Outcome:
Further career in customer services or another area within the business.
