Engage with guests to assist them during their stay
Maintain a consistent presence in the lobby
Handle guest arrivals, check-ins, departures, and maintain the appearance of the lobby and entrance
Seek opportunities to improve the guest experience through feedback
Training:
All of your training will be completed within the workplace.
You will be working towards the Level 2 Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship qualification
All apprentices will be required to work on Maths and English as part of their personal development
Training Outcome:
Option to continue working after the apprenticeship.
Upon completion of this standard you will be able to progress to a level 3 apprenticeship, Hospitality Supervisor is a natural next step.

Marlin operates a premium collection of Serviced Apartments, Hotels, and Aparthotels across central London and Dublin.
Working Hours :
5x 8 hour shifts per week. Morning/late/night shifts - rota each week.
