Apprentice Medical Receptionist
Filing and photocopying
General housekeeping duties such as maintaining notice boards, making refreshments and opening mail
Answering the telephone
Once trained on the practice computer system, will be required to make appointments, data input and scanning
Working with a variety of customers/patients in person and by telephone
Dealing with customers'/patients' enquiries and issues in a professional manner
Dealing with customers/patients with particular needs

Working Hours :
Monday to Sunday, 8:00am to 8:00pm on a rota basis
