Key Responsibilities 

 

Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance Lighting – lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lightingEmergency light testingPower distributionElectrical fault-findingSmall works – new sockets, new lights, new circuitsControl Panel maintenanceTransformersStar Delta StartersGeneral Building Maintenance Helpdesk Requests and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.Requirements
