CBW Staffing Solutions are proud to be partnering with a market-leading Passive Fire Protection specialist. With an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality fire safety solutions, our client is seeking a hands-on and experienced Working Supervisor to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Role Overview:
This is a dual role combining on-the-tools work with site supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing small teams on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work, while also actively contributing to the delivery of Passive Fire Protection installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and work alongside operatives on-site
Ensure all work meets compliance, safety, and quality standards
Coordinate daily tasks and report progress to management
Liaise with site managers and project leads
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce health and safety protocols
Complete site paperwork and ensure accurate reporting
Support installation and maintenance of fire-stopping systems
Requirements:
Gold CSCS Card (essential)
SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
First Aid qualification (valid/in date)
IPAF and PASMA certified
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of the Passive Fire Protection industry
Ability to lead by example and communicate effectively
Good understanding of RAMS and site compliance procedures
