Freelance SuccessFactors LMS Expert – Learning Transformation & Architecture

Location: Germany (Remote with occasional on-site)

We are currently supporting a major HR IT Transformation programme for an international client based in Germany and are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors LMS Expert with deep expertise in learning technology architecture and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level input into the design and integration of SuccessFactors LMS within a broader learning ecosystem Support conceptualisation and implementation of a skills-based learning transformation Collaborate closely with technology deployment teams on architecture, data flows, and integration between LMS, LXP (ideally Degreed), and SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) Ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with business and IT strategies Act as a hands-on specialist in discussions with cross-functional teams, without holding a formal stream lead role

Your Profile:

10+ years of experience in Learning Management Systems, with deep knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS Familiarity with modern Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), ideally Degreed Strong understanding of integration architecture, data flows, and talent data strategies Experience supporting large-scale HRIT transformation programmes Based in Germany and fluent in German (must-have) Available to start immediately
