Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel – Cornwall – £30K + Accommodation

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at a coastal hotel. This role offers the opportunity to support high food standards in a fine dining à la carte restaurant, along with a busy events operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation across all outlets.Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene standards are metMaintain stock levels and reduce waste efficientlyTrain and mentor junior kitchen staffWork effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a CDP in a hotel or restaurant would be preferable.Strong understanding of food safety, quality control, and hygiene practices.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.A hands-on, positive attitude with a passion for delivering high standards.
