Construction Project Manager - Restaurants

My client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of new-build and refurbishment projects across a growing portfolio of restaurant sites. You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, multi-site construction programme and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver new restaurant builds and refurbishments from concept to completionManage budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scopeOversee contractors, consultants, and site teams, enforcing quality and safety standardsNavigate planning, approvals, and stakeholder coordinationChampion sustainable construction and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

Solid experience managing multi-site construction projects ideally within the QSR or F&B industriesIn-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, CDM 2015, and H&S practicesStrong budgeting, cost control, and contractor management skillsClear and confident communication with senior teams and external partnersFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
