Apprentice / Commis Chef

- Maintaining acceptable levels of personal and proffesional hygiene

- Preparing raw and cooked foods following the strict policies in place for safe food handling

- Have a good undewrstanding of work place health and safety.

- Be able to work under pressure as part of a team.

- Conduct themsleves in a polite, friendly and proffesional manner at all times.



Training:

- Training will be mostly at the workplace with a number of off site masterclasses. 

- Apprentership training will be awarded by HIT training and incentives will be available within the work place.



Training Outcome:

There is no limit to progression with a view to advancing within the kitchen with potentially limitless earning.
