Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship role at 3M Centre

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies Conduct market research for consumers and trade partners to improve brand performance and channel execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence Support execution of multiple customer and trade event for the Home Improvement Teams Administer and support merchandising excellence for HI customers Be the key support to the Home Improvement team on daily tasks - from organising couriers, managing stock replenishment to raising purchase orders for invoicing & payments

Specific vacancy requirements:

Strong interest in consumer products, marketing, retail and or business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus but not essential Willingness to adapt to incoming role requirements and changes in work priorities throughout the week Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Training:
The successful candidate will obtain a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship standard qualification
