Business Admin Apprenticeship - Recruitment
Answering and directing phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Managing and updating candidate and client records on the CRM/database
Assisting with scheduling interviews and meetings
Creating and posting job adverts on job boards and company platforms
Preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets for consultants and managers
Supporting with compliance checks (e.g., right to work documents, references)
Filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate admin records
Helping with social media updates and marketing materials
Providing general office support to the team
Searching for candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate telephone calls
Matching candidate skills and experience to job vacancies
Liaising with candidates to confirm availability and interest in roles
Assisting consultants with candidate shortlists and interview arrangements
Maintaining candidate engagement and updating availability status
Helping build and maintain a talent pool for ongoing recruitment needs
Training:
Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification
15-months office-based training at the employer's location
Functional skills maths and English (if required)
Training Outcome:
Progression into full-time administrator or recruitment consultant after successful completion of apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5:30pm (one-hour unpaid lunch).
