Attend documentation filing Assist with predation and presentation of finance control Assist in ISO 9001 documentation Answering the phone Sorting and distributing the post Greet visitors to the office and provide refreshments Help keep the office clean and tidy Maintain stationery levels and reorder as necessary Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the team Prepare invoices Collate information and produce quotations for sending to customers Enter Purchase Orders Enter supplier invoices on system Raise Client contracts for quotations Update company data and information Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the team

Training:

Our programme offers a blended curriculum combining engaging online courses with adapted 1:1 support from a dedicated tutor. This tutor collaborates with both apprentices and employers to create a tailored programme designed to support your progression.

You’ll benefit from at least 6 hours of weekly training or study time during your working hours. At the end you will achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, including Functional Skills in English and maths if required.

Potential for full time employment for the right candidate.

There are opportunities to progress to higher level apprenticeship qualifications.

Many employers will offer their apprentice a permanent contract.

The qualifications you gain can also help you to get into higher education or other employment.

Employer Description:
DPJ has been trading for 2 years and is mainly based in Kent and the South East. We consult on projects within the waste water industry. We are continuing to grow and are expanding in to other areas such as social housing and construction. We have many years experience working globally with major civil project and our clients include major players in the industry and our standards are naturally set very high.

Working Hours :
Working days commence with 3 days week 9 .30 am to 3.30pm This will expand after 3 months probationary period to a normal working week.
