Apprentice Specialist Plant Fitter

Your day-to-day will involve carrying out routine maintenance and essential service repairs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently You'll use your skills to diagnose and fix a variety of mechanical and electrical issues, tackling both minor and major repair jobs as needed You'll keep records up to date using a PDA device to make sure everything is accurately logged Collaboration - you'll be working closely with the workshop team to keep communication flowing and tasks on track Safety is our priority—you’ll follow all M Group's Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and responsible work environment for everyone

Training:
College attendance is completed in blocks of 1 – 4 weeks duration Duration: Typically 36 months Location: Bircham (Norfolk) Start Date: September 2025

Training Outcome:
Upon completion you will become a Specialist Plant Fitting with our team. You can then progress in a number of ways either with Plant & Fleet Services or into our other divisions
